A guide to the International arbitration planner
|
Welcome to the International Arbitration Planner.
The Planner provides a one-stop source of information on international arbitration conferences, courses and seminars, with the aim of acting as a virtual notice board for the international arbitration community.
Arbitration events provide a unique opportunity for users of arbitration - companies, practitioners, students or arbitrators - to share information. Given the private nature of the arbitral process, arbitration events offer invaluable opportunities for education, debate and networking.
You can view events planned in or near your jurisdiction and, in many cases, preview the detailed programmes and contact the organisers.
We rely heavily on our users to ensure that this website is as complete and up-to-date as possible. Please feel free to use the 'Tell Us About Your Event' and 'Feedback' functions.

Tip of the month
|
|
The German Arbitration Institute (DIS) has published new Supplementary Rules for Corporate Law Disputes which regulate the arbitration of disputes arising from shareholders' resolutions. The Rules reflect guidelines contained in a recent judgment of the German Federal Court of Justice (II ZR 255/08).
